Dimitri Fontaine	b08fbfd2bb	Implement `el-get-is-lazy' and assorted properties, :prepare and :post-init and :lazy. ... Also change all recipes using :after to now use :post-init, and fix blender-python-mode to rely on :prepare, which it seems to be needing.
