Remove the autoload from all color-themes. It is annoying if you try to get all of them, you will get a flashing start.

Implement `el-get-is-lazy' and assorted properties, :prepare and :post-init and :lazy.
...
Also change all recipes using :after to now use :post-init, and fix
blender-python-mode to rely on :prepare, which it seems to be needing.
Removing :features and :load from recipes where it's possible to be lazy is
scheduled for a later patch...
